I am passionate about working with Teens And Adults. I speak trauma, truth, and transparency. Allow me to walk with you along the journey and assist you in living and no longer existing. I aim to use modalities such as Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship/family challenges, grief and loss, and new life transitions.
