Therapy should feel like a place where you and your family are truly understood, not just assessed. I’m Twila, and I support children, teens, and families navigating challenges like attention and focus difficulties, sensory overwhelm, emotional regulation struggles, anxiety, and parenting stress. Many families come to therapy feeling unsure where to turn or how to help their child thrive. My goal is to create a supportive space where concerns feel heard, strengths are recognized, and growth feels possible. I use evidence-based approaches combined with play, creativity, and practical tools to meet children where they are.
