Making the decision to go to therapy important. I have 30 years of experience working with adults, adolescents and families. I offer evening appointments to accommodate today's busy schedules. Areas of focus include working with adults, young adults and couples struggling with relationship difficulties, self worth and self esteem issues, depression and anxiety. I also work with families who are experiencing conflict. I am direct and straightforward, yet compassionate in my approach with a focus establishing a collaborative relationship and achieving goals.
