I am a licensed and skilled therapist who is dedicated to meeting you where you are at in life. With over a decade of experience supporting clients of all ages and backgrounds through nonprofits, schools, and agencies, I have developed a deep understanding of the challenges and struggles that people face. In October 2021, I started my private practice, where I offer individual or family therapy via videocall or in the community, primarily utilizing attachment and trauma-informed therapy. I am trained and experienced in helping people process traumatic experiences and navigate frustrating systems and relationships that often seem to do more harm than good. I specialize in helping clients respond to crises and life's challenges. For example: a teen struggling at school, a child's reaction to divorce, or an adult bewildered by behaviors.
