Congratulations on making a decision to enter into a journey of healing! I am originally from Southern California and have lived in Arizona for 36 years. I have more than 23 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults presenting with an array of difficulties. An ideal client is someone who is open to embracing the idea of transcending oneself. This means to move past old patterns and become something better, through growth and change. My approach to therapy emphasizes insight, self-awareness and empowerment to help individuals have more gratifying lives. By establishing an alliance of trust and collaboration, we can work together to understand the meanings of symptoms, in order to achieve desired goals.
