Relationships can be hard. I enjoy working with adults and couples with a variety of concerns. By using the EFT model, the goal is to move from rigid patterns of engagement to openness and flexibility. We do this by untangling the "knots" of rigidity and finding the threads of connection in your relationship and with yourself. I will spend time with you, increasing your awareness about your emotional experience and how it impacts your relationships. I have a special interest in working with clients who wish to explore forgiveness as a means to improve their connections with others.
