About

I'm dedicated to empowering women, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) and the LGBTQIA+ community. We are often struggling with life's pressures and the intersectionality of racism, classism & sexism and for black women and women of color the combination of all three. BIPOC people are overwhelmed. We are often juggling several roles, managing workplace stress, absorbing societal pressures, meeting family obligations and often neglecting our own needs. It can be difficult navigating complex emotions and overwhelm without support. I’m here to support you through your journey of healing, wellness and empowerment. I have practiced mental health treatment and provided treatment services for over 20 years. I am trauma informed with a specialty in anxiety, depression, substance abuse treatment, victims of narcissistic abuse, personality disorders, forensic psychology and justice involved persons. (Please be aware I do not treat children, teens or couples).
