I imagine my ideal client being a person who may struggle to find their voice or identify their personal strengths. I picture this client to struggles with anxiety, panic, and/or unstable moods of some sort. Issues sessions with this client would focus on building coping skills and exploring preventative measures to unwanted thoughts or behaviors. The goal of our sessions would be to simply improve the clients enjoyment and functionality.
