As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I have a passion for serving individuals, couples, and families primarily using Restoration Therapy, which focuses heavily on healing from generational wounds. Whether your hurt comes from your current or past relationships, trauma, or unknown origins, I would love to come alongside you to figure out the root cause and help you to begin living a more fulfilling life. I assist clients of all ages in working through a range of issues including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship problems, child and adolescent behavior, guilt/shame, low self-esteem, and anger.
