I work primarily with complex trauma, dissociation, and attachment injuries, as well as addictions, anxiety, and depression. I also work with couples through a trauma-informed approach. My approach is both solutions focused (forward looking) and psychodynamic (backward looking), each one incrementally reinforcing the other, while revealing strengths and building resilience. The modalities most robustly applied in my practice are EMDR (standard and intensive), Polyvagal, Attachment, IFS, Somatic Psychology and Mindfulness
