I would love to work with anyone who has experienced instability, trauma, or loss, and are now feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected. Many have learned to hide their pain behind independence or caretaking, yet inside they long for safety, understanding, and genuine connection. In our work together, we focus on creating a space where they can finally let their guard down, explore the impact of their past, and build tools for emotional regulation, communication, and self-trust. Ultimately, they’re ready to move beyond survival — to heal old wounds, reclaim their voice, and build a life that feels grounded, hopeful, and theirs.
