I’m a queer therapist who supports people through difficult life transitions and those challenges that come with change, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, family dynamics, grief, and the exploration of identity, sexuality, and gender. Many of my clients feel “stuck," so my approach is individualized, relational, and collaborative, grounded in a deeper understanding of you, while identifying strategies and testing interventions together that can best support your needs. I enjoy working with clients who are queer, trans, poly/ENM, sex-positive and kinky. We'll spend time setting meaningful goals and experiment with new ways of thinking and relating, take thoughtful risks, and grow through exploration with respect, compassion, and curiosity. It can be challenging and uncomfortable work. I’m here to support you along the way.
