Every client brings meaning to the world, but they often have trouble discovering it. I work primarily with adults & also serve children & adolescents. Mental health challenges that I often work with include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, low self-esteem, shame, grieving, self-sabotage, stress, pornography addiction, & boundaries. I enjoy also helping with communication & empowering clients to make positive changes. I implement a variety of counseling theories, tailoring my approach to what I believe the client needs. The most important aspect is the therapeutic rapport. I also offer Christian counseling.
