I like to help people see the big picture in a new light, notice patterns and themes, and interpret what is going on in their lives with honesty, accuracy, and compassion. If you are having trouble identifying the problem, I can help! My therapeutic approach is highly flexible and attuned to the needs and preferences of individual clients. I can help you learn to regulate your nervous system and stress levels to better embody and process emotions. From there we can work on more abstract things like self narratives and values.
