About

I help individuals, couples, and families with a wide range of struggles, whether it's internal emotional and mental difficulties, or challenges in their relationships. Specifically, I treat clients struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, trauma, and other mental health difficulties. I also use my training to work with couples and families who are struggling with couple conflict, infidelity, or parenting challenges. If clients prefer, I am also happy to incorporate faith and spirituality in therapy.
