My clients are young adults (ages 18-50) with CPTSD and trauma, anxiety and stress, substance use, and mood disorders. Struggling with traumatic experiences from the past, stressors adapting to life transitions, fitting in or dealing with peers and co-workers, feeling a lack of control over your life, or even feeling “stuck in the loop” can be very overwhelming. However, you don’t have to face these moments alone or feel afraid to speak up. When you feel isolated or in the dark, I'll be in your corner without an ounce of judgment, channeling strictly compassion and all the support I can offer.
