I am a Clinical Social Worker that trained at the University of Michigan. I work with individuals, couples and families. I utilize cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic modalities in a client centered approach to facilitate change. I help people gain insight about their issues and facilitate behavioral, cognitive and emotional change. I believe that understanding the relationship between our thoughts and feelings is the key to changing our behavior. I consider the first two sessions an opportunity to gain insight into your issues as well as a chance for you to get to know me.
