Taking this step towards a better you can be incredibly difficult and I would love to ride in the passenger seat through this journey. I take a humanistic and relationship based approach to getting you where you want to be. What to expect in therapy with me: I am pretty laid back and adapt to your needs. My office is a place where you can come as you are, whatever mood you are in, without judgement and apologies are not accepted because therapy is the one place you can count on where you can just be you, no matter the emotional state.
