Sometimes the stressors of life can become too much to manage on our own, and when that happens therapy can be a very useful tool. I enjoy the process of meeting clients where they are at, and helping them get to where they want to be. I am a clinician with 14 years of experience partnering with adolescents, young adults, adults, senior citizens, and couples seeking help with depression, anxiety, grief & loss, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, relationship/intimacy issues, and life transitions.
