I know how exhausting it is to try to figure out how to overcome OCD, Anxiety Disorders, and the effects of Trauma on your own. You need a personalized, evidence-based plan for lasting relief so you can manage your mind and feel in control of your life again. You can stop feeling so stuck and start living the life you want. I’m one of very few providers in the state of Mississippi with training from the International OCD Foundation in treating pediatric and adult OCD and anxiety disorders using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). In addition, I have training in an evidence-based treatment for trauma and PTSD called Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
