Therapy is a collaborative process, and your therapist should feel like your teammate helping you achieve your goals. I primarily work with adults experiencing a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and/or interpersonal issues from family and relationships. I believe that mental health requires focusing not only on our thoughts and emotions, but also on our physical health and social relationships. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients because I understand that therapy must take a unique path for each individual.
