Raising a child in today’s world can feel overwhelming—and if your child is struggling with emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, or developmental differences, that stress can feel even greater. I work alongside children, teens, and their families to uncover strengths, build emotional resilience, and create lasting change through a warm, collaborative, and creative therapeutic process. I work closely with adolescents who are struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and social skills challenges, helping them better understand their inner world and build tools for coping and connection.
