Hello! For a lot of people, the idea of going to therapy can feel daunting. Opening up about your thoughts, experiences, and emotions with someone can feel like a very intimidating process. As a therapist, I make it my goal to make that process as gentle and rewarding as possible. Using a trauma-informed lens, I strive to create a space filled with nonjudgmental and unconditional support. I want therapy to feel like a space where you can bring your full self and feel accepted for who YOU are and want to become, and not for what others think you should be.
