Hi, I'm Ty, and I specialize in treating individuals who are having difficulties after experiencing trauma. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or constantly on edge in ways that are hard to explain. Trauma and PTSD can show up as anxiety, shame, trouble trusting, or feeling disconnected. In our work together, I offer a compassionate, supportive space to help you make sense of these experiences and reconnect with a greater sense of safety, trust, and esteem. I can also help with feelings of anxiety, self-esteem issues, or life transitions.
