I have worked in mental health for over 20 years, with both teens and adults. I have provided a wide variety of support and counseling to address various mental health and adjustment issues among Veterans, individuals, families, and trauma survivors. My role as a therapist is to collaboratively identify your goals and work toward developing the skills and motivation you need to reach them.
