My ideal clients are individuals, couples, and families who are ready to make changes in their lives. For couples and families, whether it's a new season of life, roles are changing, parenting difficulties, infidelity, or more, I am well equipped and trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist to help you work through your issues as a team. If I'm working with you as an individual, I am well versed in issues such as addiction, autism, ADHD, trauma, depression, family/relationship conflict, and more. My work in addiction treatment has refined my ability to work through barriers and create change in difficult circumstances.
