For many of us, we experience trauma or otherwise harmful events that impact our mental health significantly. Often times it makes people doubt their worth, question if they matter, or makes them uncontrollably angry. Because of the trauma faced, it became difficult to build and maintain a life that's fulfilling. There's often one question that remains, "How I do stop this cycle and get to the other side?" I dedicate my services to those struggling with depression, anxiety, and anger who deeply desire to know their worth, love themselves, create the relationships they want, and be the person they were always meant to be.
