I have spent several years in the corporate world, public service, and the mental health field, and each position has enabled me to adapt to change quickly and to work well under pressure. I have developed a tenacity towards growing and further developing in my purpose of helping others that I feel truly translates in the therapy room with my clients. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, families, and children, who want to experience the happiness that is much deserved in their life, along with working through a variety of mental health diagnoses, trauma, life changes, and difficult circumstances.
