Uganda works well with people who have relational concerns within their current or primary environment. Uganda is a person-centered therapist and uses an eclectic approach to therapy. Uganda considers herself an embodied therapist and the participant is the expert in their individual life. Uganda considers the clinical relationship a healthy interdependence dialogue that puts the therapist in the supportive role of walking a journey with the participant. Uganda considers herself a "Journey walker" , thus she meets the participant along the journey through life and waits for an invitation from the leader of the journey.
