Starting therapy doesn’t need to be overwhelming. You’re probably already overwhelmed. I support people and couples who are tired of feeling stuck, not good enough, or alone. Maybe you just had the same argument with a partner, friend, or family member. Maybe you just started a new job, program, or relationship, but things feel the same or worse. Maybe part of you wants to check out, but another part is looking for hope. In our first session, we’ll work together to consider what a more authentic and fulfilling life may look like for you. Then, we'll use my experience in psychodynamics and somatic therapy to make it happen.
