My name is Unitra Long, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) based in Louisiana. With over eight years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds as they navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges. I hold a master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and my clinical foundation is deeply rooted in family systems theory. This approach allows me to view each client not only as an individual, but as a vital part of their broader family, cultural, and social environments.
