The UNO Community Counseling Clinic is committed to serving our community by providing high-quality mental health services at low cost or no cost to those who might not otherwise have access to care. As part of the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s counselor training mission to “train our colleagues,” we provide supervised clinical experiences for graduate counseling students under the guidance of licensed professionals. This model allows us to expand access to care while preparing the next generation of skilled, ethical mental health providers. We help people navigate life’s challenges by providing supportive, evidence-based counseling for concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. As the University of Nebraska at Omaha’s training clinic, we offer services at low cost or no cost while graduate counseling students provide care under licensed supervision.
