I have been working in the mental health/ substance abuse field for many years. As an LPC, I have worked in various outpatient settings providing individual therapy. I hope to develop short term/ long term achievable goals in collaboration with clients who are willing to change behaviors. While change is scary for most, clients understand the benefits of making changes in their thinking and lifestyle.
