I hold space for individuals who are ready to release old patterns, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and step into a more authentic, empowered version of themselves. With experience supporting adults through Partial Hospitalization Programs, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and domestic violence recovery, I’ve worked closely with those navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. My own healing journey taught me how essential it is to feel safe, seen, and supported—and I’ve created that kind of space for you.
