I am available in a private practice setting or via Telehealth. My training includes play, art, and traditional therapy modalities. My therapeutic work experience includes over 10 years of working with children, teens, and adults in the school, college, and non-profit agency setting on a variety of topics such as managing anxiety, depression, social skills, coping skills, anger management, adjustment, motivation, trauma, grief, and other many other school-based issues.
