Life can be stressful and complicated. Juggling daily expectations and responsibilities is challenging in itself. On top of that, we all have unique stories that largely unfolded beyond our control and to which we have adapted, sometimes constructively and other times in ways that conflict with our needs. Most of us aren’t formally taught to manage these stressors, which can result in various types of emotional pain, such as anxiety, depression and trauma. My goal in therapy is to help you develop the tools needed to understand and change the areas of your life that no longer work for you in a safe and nonjudgmental environment.
