Hello! I’m Ursula, supervised by Monica E. Williams LPCC 8952. I offer a client-centered, insight-oriented approach to therapy, emphasizing a therapeutic relationship to explore and heal deep-rooted issues like trauma, shame, and compulsions for self-harm. Recognizing that self-destructive behaviors provide only temporary relief, I work with clients motivated to address the underlying causes of pain and self-sabotage. I specialize in working with athletes, and people working through addiction. I recognize lonliness has become an epidemic, I aim to support clients through those hard feelings.
