Although I am family systems oriented and use cognitive behavioral techniques to help manage symptoms, I focus on treating each person uniquely and not solely addressing symptoms. I have observed success using a solution focused and introspective approach. I will listen to your concerns, explore options and help you find the best way to improve your life. In our initial phone consultation, we can discuss your general concerns and you can gain a better sense of whether or not I am the right therapist for you.
