Welcome - thank you for your interest in my practice! I enjoy working with adults, and adolescents and their parents. It is my goal to create a safe space where you feel free to share about yourself and to build a deep relationship. We will focus on your strengths, and on your mind and body to help you achieve your goals. Perhaps you are dealing with difficult emotions, are in a crisis, facing a transition in your life, or are looking to feel more fulfilled. The therapeutic relationship we build is key for change to occur, for you to connect with your authentic self, gain insights and awareness, and for healing to take place.
