Is anxiety getting the best of you? Is there a major change occurring in your life—be it at work, in a relationship, or a difficult transition? Do you find yourself awake at night with thoughts and worries looping in your head, or suffering from nightmares or flashbacks? Do you feel down and short on energy or interest in doing things? Are you feeling out of control, checked out, or disconnected from others or yourself? Or maybe you just feel stuck? My passion is helping people develop strategies and tools to get through difficult times. The methods I use can help clients with anxiety, depression, stage-of-life adjustments, chronic illness, insomnia, trauma, PTSD and low self esteem. You can expect to learn new ways to move through life, communicate, and cope—so that you may grow and heal.
