Greetings! I’m Uzma, a personal coach dedicated to helping youth and adults find clarity, confidence, and emotional balance. With a master’s in School Counseling from Virginia Tech and over a decade of experience, I support clients through anxiety, self-esteem, and personal growth. I offer one-on-one and small-group sessions for children, parents, and adults. (Please note: I do not provide couples or family therapy at this time.) Reach out today to see if we’re a good fit!
