I work with adults ages 18–45 who find themselves overwhelmed during periods of change —new careers, shifting identities, relationship transitions, moves, losses, or simply rethinking the direction of their lives. These moments can bring uncertainty, stress, or a sense of being ungrounded. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally aware. I focus on creating a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace and feel genuinely seen and heard.
