I'm a relational and somatically oriented psychotherapist experienced in providing individual and couples therapy. I integrate body based techniques alongside more traditional psychodynamic and behavioral treatment modalities like IFS and EFT. My work focuses on helping you feel at home in your body and strengthening your relationships to feel more connected to the people around you. My practice is trauma informed and structured around an anti-oppressive, holistic framework. I believe therapy is a space to face the multi-layered systemic oppressions based on race, class, gender, sexuality and ability and/or to address privileges.
