Hi! I am Val and located in Oldtown Scottsdale for inperson sessions! Are you feeling stuck, stressed, or depressed about life in general? Many of my clients are in their mid-adulthood- to mid-age, & are overwhelmed by relationships and life in general. They are tired of feeling anxious, stuck, sad, angry, or lost. Anxiety, over-eating/drinking anger are all signs of deeper, underlying issues which I will assist you in processing, as well as help you see your strengths (yes, you have plenty of them!) My goal is for you to move thru the pain of your past, and give you actionable skills so you can feel excited about your life ahead!
