You don’t have to go through hard things alone, and you don’t have to pretend you’re fine. I work with adolescents and adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who they are anymore. Many of my clients struggle with mood swings, identity questions, trauma, or the pressure to “hold it together” for everyone else. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and says, “How does that make you feel?” I’m direct, honest, and I make sure you leave sessions with something practical you can use in real life.
