Hi, my name is Valarese. (It is pronounced Val-uh-Reese). Do you have an adolescent struggling with anxiety, mood, attention, stress,/or a behavioral disorder? I help adolescents identify triggers that cause them distress at school, home, and/or in the community. Once identified, I work closely with them to develop effective coping skills and utilize them in real-life scenarios. My years of experience working in the school system as a counselor have equipped me with the tools to support and understand the challenges adolescents face daily. I take the time to build a positive rapport with the clients I serve. This process is crucial in establishing a therapeutic relationship. I do this by engaging my clients in conversations about their interests, likes, and dislikes.
