I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker with a background in education, body/mind health, and mental wellness. As a therapist, I work with kids, teens, young adults, adults, and seniors in one-on-one therapy, groups, and workshops. I love being a trusted resource for people as they navigate life’s challenges and questions.
