My name is Valencia Malone, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 30 years of experience in education and mental health, serving children, adolescents, families, and couples at Exodus Counseling and Consulting, LLC. With a background of 24 years as a special education teacher and 7 years as a school counselor, I bring a compassionate understanding of both emotional and educational development to the therapy process. My approach is warm, client-centered, and strengths-based, integrating faith when desired to support healing, growth, and emotional well-being.
