I emphasize that when a client is living in a secure state of mind, they will be able to locate solutions to any problem. I recognize and encourage each individual to understand their innate potential for change and growth. The therapeutic process can be challenging and at times uncomfortable, but I will walk this journey with you, asking the hard questions, listening intently, and exploring perspectives.
