Sometimes life changes can be very painful and or challenging. I work with clients experiencing a broad range of concerns. I can help you work through your situation so that you feel less overwhelmed, more at peace, in control, and better able to focus on the best path moving forward. I have an extensive background in mental health care. I am a licensed therapist who concentrates on helping those who have experienced anxiety, depression, substance use issues, grief, and and trauma. I currently have openings for Telehealth sessions in the evenings and some weekends.
